It doesn't feature very prominently, but Tom Waits' "Heartattack and Vine" does feature a bit of stuttering.
I found the book "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" at a resort in Thailand this afternoon. On the first page it included the nursery rhyme that the title references: "Tinker Tailor, Soldier, Sailor, Rich Man, Poor Man, Beggar Man, Thief"
I immediately recognized the "Rich man, poor man..." part from a song lyric, but for the life of me I could not remember which one. It wasn't until about 30 (agonizing) minutes later that it finally registered.
